Open Flow

Open Flow classes draw on dynamic movements with the use of props to encourage an athletic workout. These sessions include full body exercises while using a carriage in many different ways. Classes combine length, strength, flexibility, and balance, while maintaining a cardio component. A number of options are given for progressions and regressions to cater for all levels.

Warm Yin Yoga

This is a slow practice of yoga. Warm Yin Yoga targets the deep tissues of your body in a way unlike any other yoga practice. A Yin pose is one that is held for a long time. In return, your connective tissues are gently stretched. Your body responds by making its tissues longer and stronger.

Enjoy the relaxed ambience of our heated room in a low light setting.

What to bring: Yoga mat, towel and a water bottle.

Please note, the door will be locked once class starts so please allow time to arrive early. Hot Mat classes are heated so we recommend avoiding these classes altogether while you are pregnant.

HOT VINYASA FLOW

Hot Vinyasa flow is a dynamic class, practised in a heated room, where the connection between breath and movement is maintained throughout. The flowing nature of the postures allows you to dynamically stretch and increase your range of movement, as well as your body awareness.

In addition, classes will help you to build strength, as you support your own body weight and engage your core.

What to bring: Yoga mat, towel and a water bottle.

Please note, the door will be locked once class starts so please allow time to arrive early. Hot Mat classes are heated so we recommend avoiding these classes altogether while you are pregnant.
