It is always about bringing people together. My passion is in leading people, watching them grow and forming friendships. I have enjoyed coaching, mentoring and building positive cultures in high performance sporting organisations, and mentoring other Pilates instructors during my time in Training and Development roles.
For many years, I've always had a strong connection with the flow of reformer Pilates, so it only seemed natural to tie it into my Personal Training business. Over the years I have progressed my knowledge, studying at Breath Education and working at KX and Rise Pilates. Opening my own studio allows me to put my personal touch on what I enjoy teaching and driving a culture that opens its doors to anyone and everyone.
I've always been extremely active and loved trying different ways to to exercise. Reformer Pilates has been my passion for many years and instructing classes gives me the freedom to design my own sessions, while drawing on my own creative flow. I'm an extremely energetic person that loves to share my positive energy with a constant smile on my face. I laugh too hard, too loud and too regularly. I enjoy incorporating fun and laughter into my classes, to ensure clients leave feeling satisfied, while maintaining a high standard and control over correct movement and technique.
Growing up on a farm in the South Island of New Zealand, I have always enjoyed getting outdoors. Hiking, running, skiing and netball were among some of the activities I did to keep fit and healthy. I’ve been a keen dancer from the age of five and completed all the grades for both ballet and jazz in the RAD syllabus.
Since moving to Melbourne, it has given me the opportunity to experience new forms of exercise including Reformer Pilates. I’ve never felt more stronger, flexible and healthier since starting my practice and completing my certificate IV in Pilates.
As an instructor, I hope to pass on all the benefits both mentally and physically that Pilates has passed onto me.

My passion for health and fitness started from a young age through dancing and playing netball. Throughout my studies I learnt how amazing the human body is and I instantly wanted to learn more. I went on to complete my Diploma of remedial massage where I worked as a sports trainer for a number of years. I love educating clients about movement and technique as they are vital in minimising injury and promoting holistic health. Exercise is about being challenged mentally, physically and most importantly having fun!
Brigitte prides herself on being an instructor that caters for everyone. Her high energy dynamic classes are balanced, challenging and will leave you sweaty! Originally a personal trainer, she then started her Reformer Pilates career 4 years ago, she loves incorporating ideas from her training outside of Pilates into variations on the reformer! Brig keeps it fresh and exciting, functional and fun!
Nothing amazing is ever achieved while you’re sitting in your comfort zone, it is so important to make a conscious effort everyday to break that barrier and challenge yourself. I love educating people on why they should train and perform exercises a certain way, as I think this is the best form of motivation. Training is a fantastic way to switch off mentally and serves as a really great way to see what you’re capable of. I’ve love being active and improving myself by trying new ways to exercise. Since starting reformer Pilates two years ago, I have seen massive improvements in my strength, stability and my ability to move and run more efficiently. I am such a massive advocate of Pilates and believe it is a way to move that can benefit anyone.
Millie began her movement career studying ballet for fourteen years, becoming a member of the British Ballet Organisation at 17. Millie's move to Pilates, barre, yoga and other forms of mindful movement followed wanting to learn how to move in support of the body, building freedom & kindness towards the body above performance. Along with just graduating her criminology degree at the University of Melbourne, Millie busies herself learning about the body, spirit and anything that strengthens their connection.
