It is always about bringing people together. My passion is in leading people, watching them grow and forming friendships. I have enjoyed coaching, mentoring and building positive cultures in high performance sporting organisations, and mentoring other Pilates instructors during my time in Training and Development roles.
For many years, I've always had a strong connection with the flow of reformer Pilates, so it only seemed natural to tie it into my Personal Training business. Over the years I have progressed my knowledge, studying at Breath Education and working at KX and Rise Pilates. Opening my own studio allows me to put my personal touch on what I enjoy teaching and driving a culture that opens its doors to anyone and everyone.
I've always been extremely active and loved trying different ways to to exercise. Reformer Pilates has been my passion for many years and instructing classes gives me the freedom to design my own sessions, while drawing on my own creative flow. I'm an extremely energetic person that loves to share my positive energy with a constant smile on my face. I laugh too hard, too loud and too regularly. I enjoy incorporating fun and laughter into my classes, to ensure clients leave feeling satisfied, while maintaining a high standard and control over correct movement and technique.
Growing up on a farm in the South Island of New Zealand, I have always enjoyed getting outdoors. Hiking, running, skiing and netball were among some of the activities I did to keep fit and healthy. I’ve been a keen dancer from the age of five and completed all the grades for both ballet and jazz in the RAD syllabus.
Since moving to Melbourne, it has given me the opportunity to experience new forms of exercise including Reformer Pilates. I’ve never felt more stronger, flexible and healthier since starting my practice and completing my certificate IV in Pilates.
As an instructor, I hope to pass on all the benefits both mentally and physically that Pilates has passed onto me.

My passion for health and fitness started from a young age through dancing and playing netball. Throughout my studies I learnt how amazing the human body is and I instantly wanted to learn more. I went on to complete my Diploma of remedial massage where I worked as a sports trainer for a number of years. I love educating clients about movement and technique as they are vital in minimising injury and promoting holistic health. Exercise is about being challenged mentally, physically and most importantly having fun!

I am a passionate instructor who enjoys encouraging people to try new things, promoting a challenging yet fun environment and a sense of confidence in my clients.
After falling in love with the reformer I soon went on to complete my Certificate IV with Breathe Education. I truly believe that Pilates helps to create not only strong bodies but strong minds also.
I want people to feel energised, that they’ve worked really hard and are proud of their efforts after one of my classes!

From the first day I started reformer Pilates and HIIT training I have been amazed on how beneficial it has been for me both mentally and physically.
I have been around sporting clubs my entire life and understand how important it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and being part of a community that supports each other. I also find great pride in leading people. I get to fulfill this passion in my current position as Captain in a Division 1 Football Club where I was also able to obtain Best & Fairest in the 2018 season. These skills are also transferable in my instructor role at Pilates Republic.
