Hot Pilates + Strength is a 45-minute, full-body workout designed to build heat and definition. In our hot studio, you’ll flow through mat Pilates and focused strength intervals, using light-to-medium weights to sculpt and shape. With controlled 50-second sets, each movement blends precision and power—helping you build strength, enhance endurance, and embrace that satisfying burn. Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and leave feeling strong and accomplished.
