Reformer Pilates
Open Flow
Open Flow classes draw on dynamic movements with the use of props to encourage an athletic workout. These sessions include full body exercises while using the carriage in many different ways. Classes combine length, strength, flexibility, and balance, while maintaining a cardio component. A number of options are given for progressions and regressions to cater for all levels.
Reformer Pilates
Open Flow Active
Open Flow Active classes draw on dynamic movements with the use of props to encourage an athletic workout. These sessions include full body exercises while using the carriage in many different ways. Classes combine length, strength, flexibility, and balance, while maintaining a cardio component. A number of options are given for progressions and regressions to cater for all levels.
Open Flow Active classes offer less rest then our Open Flow classes. Extra challenging movements will also be offered for those clients who wish to enhance their session (but not expected).
Hot Mat Pilates
Hot pilates
Hot Pilates is a dynamic 45 minute class that is a challenging full-body workout in a heated room. The session incorporates traditional mat Pilates combined with elements of high intensity interval training (HIIT). Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat while incorporating balance, agility and flexibility.
What to bring: Pilates mat, towel and a water bottle.
Please note, the door will be locked once the class starts so please allow time to arrive early. Hot Mat classes are heated so we recommend avoiding these classes altogether while you are pregnant.
Hot Mat Pilates
Hot Pilates – Strength
Hot Pilates is a dynamic 45 minute class that is a challenging full-body workout in a heated room. The session includes traditional mat pilates combined with elements of strength interval training with weights. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat while incorporating balance, strength and flexibility.
What to bring: Pilates mat, towel and a water bottle.

Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga – Yin
This is a slow practice of yoga. Yin yoga targets the deep tissues of your body in a way unlike any other yoga practice. A Yin pose is one that is held for a long time. In return, your connective tissues are gently stretched. Your body responds by making its tissues longer and stronger.
Enjoy the relaxed ambience of our heated room in a low light setting.
What to bring: Yoga mat, towel and a water bottle.

Hot Yoga
HOT VINYASA FLOW
Hot Vinyasa flow is a dynamic class, practised in a heated room, where the connection between breath and movement is maintained throughout. The flowing nature of the postures allows you to dynamically stretch and increase your range of movement, as well as your body awareness.
In addition, classes will help you to build strength, as you support your own body weight and engage your core.
What to bring: Yoga mat, towel and a water bottle.
