Open Flow Active
Open Flow Active classes move quicker than an Open Flow Reformer Class. Further progressions and less rest can also be expected. These sessions include full body exercises while using a carriage in many different ways. Classes combine length, strength, flexibility, and balance, while maintaining a cardio component. A number of options are given for progressions and regressions to cater for all levels.
Classes offer less rest than our Open Flow classes. Extra challenging movements will also be offered for those clients who wish to enhance their session (but not expected).

Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat while incorporating balance, agility and flexibility.

In addition, classes will help you to build strength, as you support your own body weight and engage your core.
What to bring: Yoga mat, towel and a water bottle.
